Checked the gravity on my chili beer this morning it’s going to be 9%abv i still think it needs more chilli’s in, there is a long throat warming heat that lasts to long to be just alcohol, but still think it needs more of a kick.

Last week I brewed a new beer in the jazz series its called Count Basie 4.7% (No.6) pale and hoppy not to bitter.
