Crown Brewery

i went down down to Rotherham on wednesday night to work our bar during the trade session. I had a good time and picked up an award for my Traditional Bitter, Gold in the bitter catagory. I have to say well done to Dave at spire brewery he won three catagories and took bronze in the strong bitters, well done Dave. Also well done my mate Stef another award for his Jaipur!
Ring of Fire ( which ended up fermerting to 10.3% ) went down very well every one loved the cilli aroma and that the beer didn’t burn your throut or leave you un able to teste anything else all night.

We are planning a beer and food night at the Hillsborough Hotel for the 23rd of April.
Should be fun we hope to get 30 people in at about £25 a head 4 courses each with a different crown beer some of which I’m going to brewing specially for the night.
