I’ve been doing some racking (putting beer in casks)some new beers resently so i thought i’d tell you about it.
First was Ring of Fire 2009 which was brewed with chilliupnorth man Andy. He brought his home grown chilli’s down with him.
Second was a beer in the Jazz series Jimmy Smith (another one named by Jeff) which is 4.4% golden. Jimmy was brewed with some Munich malt and hopped with a large quantity of HALLERTAUER (MITTLEFRUH) so it got a bit of punch!
Both these beers will available to taste on the blogger twissup.
